  • Prevent and reverse disease
  • Achieve and maintain weight loss
  • Learn how to balance macros
  • Understand calorie myths and facts
  • Discover how to combine foods to get the most nutrition
  • Learn about alkaline vs. acids diets and how it affects your immune system, metabolism and body functions
  • Discover what foods are acidic and what to avoid and what to eat for supreme health
